Established in 1999, Springboard was set up by a group of successful sales professionals to provide recruitment, along with an integrated coaching service which supported organisations to recruit and develop sales people to quickly reach company and personal sales objectives.
Over a period of time it became clear that once a sales person was fully up to speed on the company’s offering, the support they really needed was getting them in front of more potential customers. This led to Springboard setting up their demand generation division in 2002 to run alongside the recruitment arm.
This allowed Springboard to offer a first rate recruitment service, together with a flexible lead generation support package to allow the sales executive to hit the ground running and contribute to the bottom line much more quickly.
Over the years Springboard has grown their demand generation division significantly, initially specialising in the technology sector. In recent years Springboard has built a strong presence in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector and carries out projects for clients based in many different countries, looking to expand into new global markets.
Springboard’s recruitment division has diversified to include a wider range of sectors including, technology, engineering, digital marketing and market intelligence. Springboard’s experienced consultants work with client companies to fill vacancies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US.
